WELCOME TO TRUTH'S COMMUNITY CLINIC
Truth’s Community Clinic is a part- time clinic run completely by volunteer professional staff. Our availability is limited, but our care is exceptional!
We serve uninsured adults with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and/or non-insulin diabetes. We also offer women’s health and pharmaceutical services.
Our dental services include cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
Clinic Hours
Medical Clinics: Held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 5:00-7:00PM and on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month from 9:00AM-12:00PM.
Dental Clinics: Held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 5:00-7:00PM.

Truth’s Community Clinic is a part time clinic so our service area is limited. Patients who meet our qualifications must then fill out an application and receive an appointment.
You may contact the clinic on Monday between 9:00 and 12:00 to see if you qualify.
Medical Services
Medical Clinics are offered on the first and third Tuesday evenings as well as the second and fourth Monday mornings of each month. We treat medical conditions related to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, non insulin diabetics, asthma, thyroid issues, and women’s health. We are unable to manage conditions such as insulin dependent diabetes, cancer, orthopedic concerns, and heart related problems.
DENTAL
Dental Clinics are offered on the first and third Thursday of each month. We treat dental conditions related to fillings and extractions. We are unable to manage conditions requiring root canals, crowns, and implants.
COST
A donation of $20 is suggested for services.
QUALIFICATION
Patients that qualify (CHECK QUALIFICATIONS) must then fill out an application and call for an appointment. We DO NOT ACCEPT WALK INS. Complete and return the new patient forms on MONDAY to see if you qualify. Once you qualify an appointment will be scheduled.

How do I qualify?
- Must reside in Lawrenceville, Buford, Dacula and Auburn (Gwinnett County side)
* Medical patients may qualify if they live outside these areas but dental patients MUST live within these locations - Must have no insurance, Medicaid or Medicare
- Fall within 100% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Have a condition that we treat at Truth’s Community Clinic
